Flights to Malaga arrive at Malaga Airport, located 5 miles southwest of central Malaga. The airport has 2 terminals, with a third terminal under construction. The existing 2 terminals are in adjoining buildings, connected internally. Trains and buses run from the airport to Malaga and Fuengirola, and there are taxi ranks outside both terminals.

There are several cash machines, a bank and post office at the airport, as well as plenty of bars and restaurants, a variety of shops and an aviation museum!
