Getting around in Cape Town
Arranging car hire in Cape Town can be an excellent way to see both the city and its surroundings, particularly the less accessible areas. If you prefer to use public transport, a scheduled bus service runs to most areas in the city, while a suburban rail network runs to the outskirts. Minibus taxis are great for exploring further afield, although taxi cabs are recommended at night for extra safety. Of course, by far the nicest way to explore the city centre is by foot and at your own pace, allowing yourself to be immersed in the South African culture and friendliness of its people.
